Nouveau Wellbeing CIC is an award winning Community Interest Company established in 2008 to encourage increased fitness levels, personal development and healthy lifestyle choices - helping people and communities to feel positive, be active and live well.

Current Opportunities:

Assistant Project Lead.

Location: Middlesbrough

Salary: £16,000 to £17,000 per annum + Travel Expenses

Leave Entitlement: 28 days

Hours per week: 35

Contract: 9 month contract

The purpose of the role is to manage the running of the Middlesbrough Steps to Wellbeing Project. The role will require delivering a set number of dance and fitness sessions, project management, sales and working closely alongside the General Manager.

The Assistant Project Lead will work closely with the General Manager and will be required to manage a project, build relationships with partners and stakeholders, achieve sales and meet KPI’s. Data input, analysis and preparing evaluations will also be required. The role will involve ongoing design/delivery of daily classes, sustaining member participation and completing associated administration duties.

You will report directly to the General Manager and will at times work with the CEO/Board of Directors.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

Essential

Project management experience.

Developing/maintaining KPI’s.

Excellent knowledge of health and wellbeing in relation to physical activity.

A minimum of a level 3 qualification in dance, fitness, sport/physical activity.

Experience of teaching dance and fitness in a group setting.

Basic computer knowledge.

Driving licence/access to transport to and from lessons.

Excellent social skills.

Excellent organisation skills.

Ability to identify and drive new sales

Desirable

Casual Instructor

Location: County Durham

Salary: £15ph + Travel Expenses

The purpose of the role is to design and deliver a range of high quality dance and fitness classes and programmes that have been designed with a specific health and wellbeing focus. The role will involve working with a wide range of participants with varying requirements and capturing the data required to demonstrate impact.

The Casual Instructor will be responsible for the ongoing design and delivery of daily classes, sustaining member participation and completing associated administration duties. The role will involve building and maintaining excellent relationships with beneficiaries whilst promoting Nouveau Wellbeing services and products.

The role will report directly to Kimberly Cowan, Manager. There will be occasional work alongside the CEO to complete business development work and to enhance the services on offer from Nouveau Wellbeing CIC.
